Terms of Service

Last updated: October 29, 2026

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the publisher's publishing tool (the “Tool”), which prepares, schedules and publishes videos on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

2. Private use

The Tool is private software reserved for the project's publisher and people they authorise. It is not offered to the public and creates no accounts for third parties.

3. Accounts and platforms

The publisher connects only accounts they own or are authorised to manage. Each platform's own terms still apply: YouTube, Meta, TikTok.

4. Content

Published content complies with the law and platform rules. The projects apply strict editorial rules: content suitable for children and families, religious sources quoted faithfully, no depiction of the faces of prophets, no sound or music contrary to the editorial line. Content may be prepared with the help of artificial intelligence and is labelled as such where the platform requires it.

5. Intellectual property

The videos, characters, texts and images of each project remain the publisher's property. The Tool relies on open-source software, which keeps its own licences.

6. Availability and liability

The Tool is provided “as is” with no guarantee of continuous availability. Platforms may change or suspend their interfaces; the publisher cannot be held liable for a post delayed, refused or removed by a platform.

7. Ending access

Access to the Tool may be suspended at any time. The publisher can disconnect their accounts at any time (see Data deletion).

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Contact: publish.ops.team@gmail.com.
