Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 29, 2026
1. Who we are
The publisher runs several independent channels, sites and editorial projects (listed on the home page). The publishing tool (the “Tool”) is private software hosted on a server managed by the publisher; it is used only to prepare and publish the project's videos on the publisher's own accounts. Contact: publish.ops.team@gmail.com.
2. Data we process
- Access tokens issued by YouTube/Google, Facebook/Instagram (Meta) and TikTok when the publisher connects their own accounts to the Tool.
- Basic information of the connected accounts: channel or page name, identifier, profile picture.
- Content to publish: videos, cover images, titles, descriptions, keywords, scheduling dates.
- Publishing statistics of those accounts (views, likes) when the Tool displays them.
- Technical logs (IP address, date, errors) kept for security and troubleshooting.
The Tool does not collect any data about viewers of the videos and sets no advertising trackers. It is not meant to be used by children: the published videos are aimed at children, but only the adult publisher uses the Tool.
3. Purposes
Connecting the publisher's accounts, uploading and scheduling videos, tracking their status and showing their statistics. No other use, no profiling, no advertising.
4. Sharing
Data is never sold or transferred. It is sent only: (a) to the relevant platforms (YouTube/Google, Meta, TikTok) in order to publish; (b) to an artificial-intelligence service to draft publishing texts, using only episode titles, summaries and sources (never third-party personal data); (c) to authorities where required by law.
5. Google services (YouTube)
The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google data is used only to publish and manage the publisher's videos on their own channel. You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
6. Meta and TikTok
Data received from Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok is used only to publish and manage the publisher's content, in line with those platforms' terms. Access can be removed from the “Apps and websites” settings on Facebook/Instagram and “Security and permissions” on TikTok.
7. Retention
Access tokens are kept while the account is connected and deleted when it is disconnected. Technical logs are kept for 90 days at most. Published content remains on the platforms until the publisher deletes it.
8. Security
Single sign-on protected access, encrypted connections (HTTPS), secrets stored outside the code, backups restricted to the publisher.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask for access, correction or erasure of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to publish.ops.team@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days. You may also contact your data-protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
10. Changes
This policy may change; the date above shows the latest version.
